#asktheexpert kindly advice how I can manage my mummy tummy... I have DIASTASIS RECTI... kindly suggest exercise for the same

A. Treating Diastasis Recti You can stand, sit or lie down. Keep your back as flat as possible. Take a very deep breath. ... While holding in your stomach, take small breaths in and out for two to three minutes. Release your belly and repeat for up to 10 minutes, three or four times per day.

Hello you can be doing walking on a daily basis which should be fine and in regards so other exercise this requires a proper medical attention and it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly which is better and also safe too
