Hello there. I'm diagnosed diastasis recti, I'm worried a much. even I have done workouts and dieting. nothing worked mummy tummy part. pls suggest ,does I need abdimonoplasty?

Hi mom Consult with your doctor once for proper medical examination and treatment It is better to consult your doctor in person for proper medical examination and follow his advice Take a good care of your baby Burp well after every feeding Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs to relieve gas and constipation
