#AskTheExpert mam please suggest some home exercises for diastasis recti.... my baby is two months old... is belly binding helpful for diastasis recti?

A. sir gap is of 3 fingers

A. it depends on the defective are having if it is larger defect you need surgery otherwise some exercise can help you since your baby is only 2 months of age better consult doctor once
