#AskTheExpert Hello Doctor, I'm mother of 2 kids and second baby is 11 months years old now. I have postpartum bell y and my belly button little popped out and it looks weird. now I'm going to start workout for Diastasis recti and postpartum weight loss. if I will do exercise for Diastasis recti, belly button will go to normal position? can i do abdomen exercises while having Diastasis recti ? or should I do after recovered from that? kindly guide me.

A. Hie , your question is related to your health problems like your belly button puffed up so reduce your weight and go for brisk walk and aerobics exercises and reduce your dietary fats intake
