#AskTheExpert kid had stomach pain yeterday and then got fever too. then given ibugesic plus syrup at 1 PM, 8 PM, 2 am, and now 9.30 am today everytime after checking the temperature

My baby suddenly started getting fever in the morning I gave her 5 ml ibugesic plus at 9.30am then she got fever back after 6 hrs then I gave her the second dose around 3.30pm again in around 4 hrs she got fever at 7.30 pm and now again I checked she got the fever back in 3.5hrs now at 11.25 pm all four times I have given ibugesic plus 5 ml. Q. #asktheexpert hi...my daughter is 2.5 years old and sleeps at 8-9 pm and wakes up at 8-9am.. if she takes nap in the afternoon around 2-3 pm she wakes up around 5 pm.. and then sleep after 11.30 pm.. is it ok if she skips afternoon nap.. as I recently joined the office and she doesn't sleep without me. it's been more than 2 months. she skips tha nap and sleep around 8 pm.
