Q.

my baby suffering with fever..by evening 4:30 pm gave IBUGESIC PLUS 3.5 ML, but fever not reduced..again gave CALPOL 2.5ML at 8:30 PM..so can I give IBUGESIC at 11 pm.. SO PLEASE SUGGEST ME TO USE THE MEDICINE AT 11 PM WITH OR WITHOUT FEVER..

A. No you cannot use this medicine before completing the six hours of the last dosage is very important for you to maintain the gap of six hours gap in between two doses of the fever medicine that you are giving so without fever there is no point giving the medicine even if there is fever you cannot repeat it before six hours just too cold sponging
