#AskTheExpert it's been two years since injad my c section delivery. can I do home workouts now? the thing is I still have backpain and abdomen cramps if i donhousehold chores..so can I do home workouts??

A. yes for sure. you can feed egg, paneer soya, halwa, banana. a great variety if home made stuff guarantee weight gain plus health as well. that ensures appropriate milestone in time for babies. ok.
