Q.

#AskTheExpert It's been 8 days of my delivery.i feel I m having less breast milk.what can I do to increase it.

A. feed more frequently for more production. take iron calcium and cap lactare 2 cap thrice a day. eat protein rich diet and stay hydrated. mother's milk is always sufficient till completion of six months

Can have a good amount of lactation capsules about 7 to 8 L of water on an every day basis that is definitely going to help a lot in increasing your breast feed so I think this is the best thing that you can do as of now otherwise please it is would be very much helpful for you to consult a lactation doctor ones she would be able to guide you based on this issue it’s
