Q.

#asktheexpert it's been 3 months me delivered ( c section) can I start going to gym or do yoga.. my belly is dangling and I am putting on weight.

A. avoid strain on abs.See when baby has any new complain then better avoid any self medication. Show to a doctor for right and timely diagnosis and treatment. Thays a safe procedure.See you can try to do a full hormone profile if its nit better in three months. Make lifestyle changes as well

A. hi no only after 6 months of delivery you can start doing all this. but till that ,have patience and make some dietary changes to reduce your weight. for example take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits, sprouts etc more drink plenty of fluids avoid taking processed oily spicy food. you can take warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. keep breastfeeding your child as per his or her needs,it will also help to burn out extra calories.
