#AskTheExpert Is there any true remedy for subsiding the stretch marks after delivery? all those (bio oils,almond oils) truly effective?

ExpertDr.Deepinder Kaur DhawanObstetrician and Gynaecologist5 years agoA. use bio oil or mama earth anti stretch marks cream 3-4 times per day for six months. eat protein rich diet. stay hydrated. take iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly
