I would personally suggest to avoid painless delivery instead you can prepare your mind for a natural normal delivery which is easy and more beneficial do full body massage for at least 4 to 5 days before your delivery which is very helpful

Why Do you want to get an epidural done into your system because unnecessarily it will cost if your back pain later it is better to go for normal delivery whether it is painful for you it’s the right way to go about it I would not advise you to put an epidural unnecessarily
