both should be given iron calcium and multivitamins supplements regularly and have Sunbath every morning for half an hour.

Yes it’s all normal and common
Wash hairs often with parabean free shampoo
Massage regularly with coconut oil or olive oil
Take a good care
Stay hydrated
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables cereals etc
Take almonds and cucumbers it’s good for hairs
