Hi See I don’t mean to scare you or anything but pubic area hair is quite a sign for reaching puberty and it is a very early age for your child to reach puberty so I’d advise you to consult a gynaecologist once maybe they can advise you on this and also they can advise you with some medicine which will help in delaying this process for the child because it is too early for a child to reach its puberty
