A. To increase the height, a well-balanced diet of whole and nutritious food is required.Following are the best 7 foods you can choose for your child to help them increase height: Whole grains and beans , green leafy vegetables, carrot, turnip, dairy products, Eggs and banana Make sure your child has a regular sleep routine. The body releases the growth hormone while we rest, Encourage your child to exercise and play every day . Some activity or sports outdoors every day is bound to do him good, not only in terms of helping him get essential Vitamin D from the sun but also by exercising his muscles in the process. You can include potatoes, bananas, dairy products, chicken, and dry fruits in your kids' daily diet to increase their weight. A. You can add full cream cows milk, eggs, meat if non vegetarian, potatoes and all diary products like butter, curd, ghee, cheese, paneer etc. Add dry fruits and nuts like almonds, pistachios, cashew, walnut, fig, dates in the child's regular diet. They will help to increase weight. Height mainly depends on genes. You can encourage the child to involve in activities where she can hop more like basket ball, skipping.
