Q.

Hi, My daughter is 4 years and 8 months old height 114 CM and weight 16.5 . how can increase her weight.

A. Give her something to eat in every 3 hours like poha, idli, upma, semolina, suji kakara(odisha desert)and rice dal veg / fish in lunch and roti at night. You can also give home made chhena, ladu , sattu/ chatua ,paneer, chilla and spicy chatpata chana rajma salad. but don't give her packet juice packed biscuits which are available in market very easily.

A. Why do you need to increase the weight of your child when your child is having the right weight at the right age there is no need to increase the weight unnecessarily then the child becomes fat which is unhealthy for the child child child healthy in every way
