Gripe water generally include sugar and alcohol, sodium bicarbonate, excess of it is harmful for the little ones.

it can do no good
please continue with breastfeeding only
it is best and safe for Healthy growth of child.
offer plenty of breastfeeds.
burp your baby well after each feeding
give massage to your child everyday
