ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist3 years agoA. dear parent, no, you should not give gripe water to your 3 months old baby girl. it is unnecessary and dangerous and can cause infection to your baby. some of them also contain alcohol and opium like substances and should be avoided completely.

Manali K MehtaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hi parent no need to .. as it's a medication it can be used to treat the colic issue or digestion issue take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning massage her with Babyhug coconut oil
