Jasmine KaurMom of a 9 yr 3 m old boy2 years agoA. Hello dear parent, hair fall is the most common problem among women post pregnancy. Although it is temporary but it requires proper care. You should eat right and healthy diet. Include protein in your diet. Drink lots of water. And use mild shampoo. Keep your hair tied as much as possible.
