#asktheexpert iam 2 months pregnant.. i dnt have any vomthings.. but iam unable do any work.. iam getting weak.. unable to stand . plz give me suggestions. tq in advance

Along with that,you must take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet. take food items which are rich in iron , calcium, vitamin, minerals, protine etc take green leafy vegetables, fruits, nuts, pulses, beans, dairy products etc. go for daily morning walk. or practice meditation
