#AskTheExpert I'm mother of 3 months baby. My son has cold from past 3 days.. he is not taking milk properly from when he cought cold. is it normal???

Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. Cold is most of the time because of some viral infection or allergic condition and symptoms are usually sneezing, running nose, nasal congestion and fever. cough along with throat irritation are usually associated .
Treatment consists of antiallergic antipyretics analgesics and decongestants medicine .
As a home remedy steam inhalation would be very useful .
Medicines like wikoryl / tminic / Alex cold can be usedhf in a proper dose for 3-5 days as per the vsymptoms .
Steam inhalation is repeated frequently .

Use saline nasal drops
Give indirect steam inhalation
Take healthy protein rich nutritious food including fenugreek ajwain butter to increase your breast milk avoid stress stay happy it also help to increase your breast milk you can take lactogen tablet to increase bm
BM contains natural antibiotics
