#asktheexpert I’m living abroad and stuck here because of the pandemic. Couldn’t travel to my hometown so that I could take post delivery care and medicines. My question is “ Is there any problem if I don’t take any post delivery care and medicines “ Because I don’t have any option abroad to take care of post delivery. Kindly advice.

eat protein rich diet.
have more fresh fruit and salad.
stay hydrated.. .

if you are feeling well then no need to worry
take homemade healthy and well blanaced diet
keep your body well hydrated
take apt sunlight at least 20 minutes a day
maintain good hygiene
