#asktheexpert I'm having severe cold,n my baby ask for breastfeeding for every hour,how can I protect my baby

ExpertRamya RamachandranNutritionist1 Year agoA. Dear mam, wear a face mask and then you can absolutely safely breastfeed your baby. It will automatically produce antibodies which will protect the baby and hence need not worry. make sure you get enough rest and hydration.

NikithaMom of 2 children1 Year agoA. hello yes it is absolutely fine to breastfeed the baby when you are having cold not a problem but it is important to take necessary precaution and it would be better you can wear a mask before you could feed the baby and wash hand well enough
