if does not improve then meet dr for antacids
avoid milk

U Consult your gynaecologist she will advise you with some medicine as of now if you have Digene available at home you can go ahead with that and just have it very slowly it is going to give you a cool to your stomach otherwise you have some water with fennel seeds
