#asktheexpert i m bit overweight, what to do.

A. only way to lose the overweight is to do moderate exercises like brisk walking yoga jogging etc take diet lesson fats and carbohydrates adequate water green leafy vegetables which are very important

A. hi mam,the best way to reduce weight is to start doing exercises,yoga or Suryanamashkar daily. Walk, walk and walk. avoid using vehicles for short distance. eat couple of bites less than usual. drink plenty of fluids. avoid taking processed oily spicy food
