You can show to a gynac and get a proper check up to get the right diagnosis and treatmentthe baby needs a balance diet with protein, carbs, fats abd fibre. no need of fancy foods ok. you have to be committed to lose weight. eat more of fruits and vegetables and take lots of water. exercise like aerobic and cardios too

Try yoga and meditation for better physical and mental health. Be conscious while taking in carbohydrates and sugars. Take more protein and fibre. Good luck and take care.
