#asktheexpert I'm 7 months pregnant I face difficulty in walking whenever I try to walk after sitting for 1-2 hours on chair. I am working

A. yes during third trimester you should avoid sitting or standing or doing any work for long time and instead you should do all your work with proper brakes and different movements
