#AskTheExpert I m 14 weeks pregnant. My work place is 12kms from home. I stay in Bangalore and the traffic is hectic. Can you tel me if i can travel by two wheeler. my doc told der is no complications as of now with the pregnancy.

If there are no high-risk factors, complicating pregnancy, then definitely, you can travel as long as you are comfortable. Make sure that you don’t do any heavy weight lifting.
