A. you should first get check up done whether it is normally back due to wrong sitting position for feeding or due to spinal Syp dashamoolarishta 4 tbsp with equal quantity of warm water should be taken twice daily which is effective for back pain and also other body ache complaints Regular oil massage for a few days is also very effective
