same problem I HV in my knee ye lagta tha ki break ho jygi..Even neck , wrists..sabme same problem hai and Mai protein taste karya vo increase hai so Mai protein band Kiya to better hai . Uric acid jyda hai due to protein so ek bar Uric acid ka test Kar lijiye
