Q.

I am a 3 month Pregnant. I have been suffering for nexh pain and back pain during early morning, when I wake up. how can I do ?

A. If there is back pain you have to maintain a proper posture take a healthy diet and also do someg regular exercise specially back extension exercises to strengthen muscles also you can take calcium and iron supplements suggested by your doctor if still you arde having weakness and other symptoms it needs a proper assessment
