I am getting severe back pain only in the morning before getting up only after my delivery. please suggest me

A. take iron calcium and multivitamin regularly and protein powder with milk twice a day . walk for half an hour daily. have sunbath every morning for half an hour daily

A. a lot of changes can happen in the woman's body after delivery. many women feel various kind of changes. keep your position correct when you siror sleep or feed the baby. these things can put pressure in your back and cause pain. make sure you are taking your vitamin d rsgu. eat well and take a regular walk everyday.
