it happens because of many reasons like hormonal changes , nutritional deficiencies etc
so, please take healthy and well balanced diet
it is better to take calcium rich food like ragi,nuts, Dairy products etc more.
keep your body well hydrated
avoid drinkingRO water
take apt sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
don't sit or stand for long period
take a support while sitting and place pillow between your legs while sleeping it will help in this
try heating pad to get relief in pain
maintain good hygiene
