#AskTheExpert I have two kids one girl is 9 years and one boy is 4 years. we are vegetarian. can l give omega 3fish oil capsules to my kids.

why ?
mam ,no need of such extra medicines.
just give Healthy and well blanaced diet.
avoid giving outside food items frequently.
avoid giving RO water as it can lead to vitamin deficiency.
give Sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
