#asktheexpert I have twin babies, a girl and a boy. They both have cold issue for a bit longer time. What is the best way to avoid cold for them?

A. Hello, your twin babies are 8 months old and they are having a cold so don’t give baths and give 2 ml syrup maxtra three times a day and vicks rub

A. the best way to avoid cold in children is to prevent temperature variations around the child and keep the child warm with the help of either woolen clothes as well as with the help of a room heater
