#AskTheExpert I have severe cold in throat for the past two months. My doctor advised me not to have any medicine. But the cold still worsens. Donno what to do. I am 16 weeks pregnant.

Include seasonal fruits and vegetables, green leafy vegetables, nuts, dry fruits and dairy in your diet. Keep your doctor posted about any changes or developments. Good luck and take care.
