#AskTheExpert I have not been taking the calcium and iron supplements what is the best diet to compensate for not taking the tablets

A. dear mum.. it's very important to take iron n calcium supplements during pregnancy.. fruits like pomegranate, apple, raspberry, strawberry, kiwi, banana. Veggies like moringa leaves, Broccoli, Beet root, lufa, and Spinach, figs, dates. and all dairt food to overcome calcium requirements.
