#asktheexpert I have had a C Section and it’s been 5months but I still don’t feel the touch in that area where cut has happened. Is that okay and when will this be normal?

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy4 years agoA. Once you can visualize the incision, you can start keeping an eye on how it's healing. The coloration of the c-section scar should start to fade from red to pink, and it should look pretty uniform. The c-section scar should become less tender to the touch as this happens.Or better to consult your gynecologist once.
