I had a c-section on 8thJan,2021. from last two days the the area where anesthesia was given started paining unbearably. need your help on this.

Hi Mom Do some light exercise yoga regularly Take a good care Take healthy protein rich nutritious food Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Stay hydrated Offer different varieties of food Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals mashed potato mashed banana mashed sweet potato Offer different varieties of food
