Moni 0Mom of a 4 yr 8 m old boy4 years agoA. Hello, I have delivered my baby boy on 3rd Jan’21 and I totally get from where you are coming. We always thought that the moment we deliver we will be back to our normal selves. But what I have understood is that however tough it might look to us to see ourselves not like before. Please give urself enough time to recover before u start exercising. I had a C section myself, and I too am concerned about all the clothes in my wardrobe which I have to fit into again. But right now our priority is our child which I am sure you will agree do not give us too much time to even sleep. Doing baby work like washing his/her clothes, cleaning them, walking while they are in ur arms or shoulders also involves ur muscles to work. Once our babies are 3 months and sleeping atleast 4-5 hours at a stretch we can then start working out for an hour a day which would obviously require right nutrition. By then we will also have the right strength to work out and get back in shape. I hope this helps :)
