#AskTheExpert I have delivered FIRST baby on 4th Oct 2022 using c section, from last 2-3 days breast milk was not there for feeding. Please let me know how to increase it. My age is 34 and conceived baby through IVF.

Ameena ShirinGuardian of 2 children3 years agoA. you can eat to increasing breastmilk stemed brownrice mixed with coconut milk and put some fenugreek this help to make breastmilk

NikithaMom of 2 children3 years agoA. hello take lactare tablet or galact granules which can hel to increase the milk secretion and in regards to the medication it is better to check with your doctor and your doctor will be able to guide you better on examination of the same and advise you accordingly
