#AskTheExpert Hello mam, I delivered with c section on April 15th, 2022, Often I'm feeding pain there its may be a problem, may i do worouts?

A. dear mum, ideally you can start doing workouts since it has been 7 months since your c section. however if you are still having any pain or discomfort then it is better to consult your doctor first.
