#AskTheExpert I have a son of 6 and half month he is having heavy cold and cough... and I have started with semi solid foods... like sprouted raagi powder... suggest me.. whether I can continue with this... there should be a change in diet... is raagi advisable during cold??

AbhayaMom of a 15 yr 10 m old boy3 years agoA. Hi mom Yes u can give ragi during cold. Give steam inhalation to your baby two three times a day and apply babyhug rapid relief roll on or vicks babyrub on the chest and feet of the baby to get relief from cough and cold
