#AskTheExpert i had my c-section and i have 6 months baby ..last month I got my periods on 2nd Feb and these month till now I didn't get my periods..if I'm pregnant,how can I avoid these pregnancy and how much safe it is?

However, this is not considered menstruation. It is called lochia. In the beginning, your lochia will be deep red, and you may pass a few blood clots.
