#AskTheExpert i had my c-section and i have 6 months baby ..last month I got my periods on 2nd Feb and these month till now I didn't get my periods..if I'm pregnant,how can I avoid these pregnancy and how much safe it is?

A. in case you are a breastfeeding mom then it's very normal to have irregular periods or amenorrhea till one year due to hormonal fluctuations. use effective contraceptive measures for child spacing

A. hi dear Whether you had a C-section or delivered vaginally, you will have bleeding for six to eight weeks after giving birth. However, this is not considered menstruation. It is called lochia. In the beginning, your lochia will be deep red, and you may pass a few blood clots.
