My c section was in feb 2021 till Know I have not got my periods

Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children5 years agoA. it is only for months ever since we had your Cesarean section that will be lactational amenorrhea which may continue even after 1 year also but it is advisable to have some contraceptive measures

Few mommies get their periods even while breastfeeding and few might not get even after an year. Eat a well balanced healthy diet and keep yourself hydrated all through the day while breastfeeding your baby.
