mam ,to get relief or to cure it :
I advise to not sit or stand for long period.
take support while sitting or place pillow between your legs while sleeping.
you may try Babyhug heating pad which gives instant relief in this.
take Healthy and nutritious diet.
avoid drinking RO water.
take sunlight atleast 20 minutes a day
