A. you can start with light cardio exercises or you can also begin with yoga and 20 to 25 minutes of work this will be sufficient initially to build up stamina later on after a month or so you can increase the time duration and the intensity of the workout you do as far as eating refined flour is concerned I would suggest you to consume it in limited quantity
