#AskTheExpert I had a c section 21 days back. since then I am having severe backache. kindly suggest me how to relieve it. this also troubles me holding my baby

Neelam ChinnappaMom of a 7 yr 3 m old boy4 years agoA. thank you for reaching out to us with this question I would suggest that speak to your gynecologist and your physiotherapist will give you a few exercises that you can do while lying down in bed this will help you to strengthen your back and also make sure that your feeding position is absolutely accurate in correct feeding positions actually leads to back pain so invest in a good feeding pillow which will help you out
