Q.

#AskTheExpert I got anal fissure post delivery .Doc suggested me dulphalac and diltiazem gel.Now the anal pain reduced.When to stop using diltiazem gel?

A. Has the fissure resolved completely? As a pain has refused you can stop using the medication and see if the pain is reccurinv or not. Keep taking high-fiber diet so that you get soft stools and don’t get the Fissure again and againWrite Your Answer Here

A. stop after one month ok.See di not run after the better one.right now best to take which ever you getting as soon as possible and get tge full course okSee you can always show to a doctor online if you are afraid of covid. As this you can not ignore

A. like I don't have any skin tags.. Don't know whether it's healed or not but pain has gone..so can I stop using it?
