You need to consult doc for your elevated sugar levels and the weakness and tiredness is all due to high sugar levels
Have small and frequent meals
Do not keep long gap between meals and avoid eat huge amount of food at one go
Restrict completely the intake sugar, namkeen, sweets, fried foods, bread and biscuits
Go for small walks post lunch and dinner

Take healthy protein rich nutritious food fruits vegetables pulses whole grains milk products
Offer different varieties of food
Give adequate feeding
