#AskTheExpert I delivered baby with C section. When I can start working out?

A. as ur baby us 2 month old, It is advisable to start with the exercise routine only after 6 months of c section delivery. You need to consult your doctor before you get on any routine.

A. hi only after 6 months of delivery till that , make some dietary changes which can help you to reduce your weight without affecting your breastmilk supply. take low fat high fiber diet like green leafy vegetables, fruits, sprouts etc more increase your fluids intake drink warm water with honey and few drops of lemon juice daily in morning. walk , walk and walk.
